Saints Win Again in the EKL

Game 14: 2 May as BV Northwest comes to STA (2-0)

We play our first since leaving Iowa, and although we weren't perfect we got a nice win over a very good BV Northwest team.

That zero on the end of the score has a lot to do with Taylor James, the BWhite Player of the Game. She had her finest game of the season, and she has a lot of fine games.

But a huge shoutout for Assa Kante—she got that great assist on the first goal, and then she created 4 corners in the second half; yes, 4 in one half.

Grace ran her goal total up to 13 with her goal tonight.  And sophomore Rylee Loftus got her first varsity minutes, becoming part of that shutout.

Gabby Weinrich had a huge part in that second goal with her fine put-back during the corner.  And it is always tough to play against your old school—she did it well!

And Bella Bryson probably had her best match of the season tonight. We couldn't take her off the field in the second half. And my what a nice settle and finish on the goal!

We are trying to make a nice push here at the end of the season.

We stand 8-6-0.
